How it works
No surprises on the price and no waiting in the dark — the status is online at any time.
Two minutes on the form. You immediately receive a service card number and a PIN.
I open it up, test it, and send you a quote with an exact price and timeline. Nothing starts without your approval.
I repair it, test it for 48 hours and call you. You pay on collection, once you have seen it working.
IT support for home and office
Hardware, software, printers, wi-fi and hosting — on site or remote. What is wrong, what it costs and how long it takes, before anything is touched.
Indicative prices. I give you the exact figure after diagnostics, and you approve it.

About the workshop
It started with a broken SNES in the attic and a bad idea about fixing it. Five years later, close to 120 devices have passed through the workshop — from NES cartridges to amplifiers, home computers and whole office networks. For the past year I have worked on my own, and I run the IT for four companies.
I use original or equivalent components, photograph every step, and never start a repair before you have approved the quote.

Original parts when they are available, quality equivalents when they are not. I always tell you which one is going into your device beforehand.
Cash or card on site, or bank transfer. You pay on collection, after you have seen the device working.
No. If the device has internal memory or a card, I do not touch it without your explicit permission. Back it up before you bring the device in.
If the device cannot be repaired, you pay only for the diagnostics and get everything back, disassembled parts included.
